I love to eat, so I cook.

After training in restaurant management at Ferrandi Paris, where I learned the importance of service and the art of the table, life took me to Los Angeles, where I discovered the world of professional cooking. There, I was exposed to many cultures, and these global influences have shaped my cuisine today.

After nearly 10 years of experience working alongside various chefs and caterers, I decided to start my own business to offer a cuisine that reflects who I am: aligned with my vision of ingredients, nature, and the artisans behind them. Using every part of a product has become both a creative game and a standard I hold myself to in my work.
